Operational hours
Our offices are open Monday to Friday 06.30am to 07.00 pm and out of these hours there is a 24hour duty manager on call throughout the week and weekends giving you peace of mind that there is always someone at the end of the phone should you need to contact us.

The Sales Team
H and B Group Travel Ltd have been organising trips and carrying people all over Europe for over a quarter of a century. The sales team and management at H&B are all experts in the field of coach operations with expertise ranging up to thirty five years. By using the most up to date management systems available, this allows your questions, quotations and bookings to be dealt with quickly and yet extremely efficiently. Our Vehicles

Maintenance
All of our vehicles are rigorously checked and fully maintained every 6 weeks by qualified engineers with years of experience not only in the motor trade, but with our own vehicles. This enables our vehicles to uphold an extremely high level of roadworthiness therefore minimizing the chance of breakdown, repairs and maximising quality and safety.

Vehicle Satellite Tracking
Our whole fleet is fitted with 24hr satellite tracking so that we can, at any moment tell your organisation or any other interested party

• Exactly where the vehicle is
• The speed it is travelling at
• Estimated time of arrival with a precision point of reference
• Our drivers are always contactable

H & B have a wide variety of vehicles ranging from 16 seat mini buses to 53 seat coaches which cater for those people who are less mobile. Most Vehicles are fitted with

• Hidden wheelchair lifts
• Low entry Steps

These vehicles allow people with wheel chairs to either

• Transfer in to a seat or
• To stay in their chair using the help of clamping aids.

Every person employed by H & B is:

• Checked by the Criminal Records Bureau to an enhanced level
• Are obliged to undergo our very extensive "Passenger Health and Safety training.
• All drivers are licensed via an I.D. badge to prove they are fully trained and C.R.B. checked.
• This I.D. badge is effective for a maximum of 24 months
• A copy of our Health & Safety Brochure is kept in every vehicle and every driver has a personal copy.

Driver training gives a general overview of comfortable driving techniques and covers what to do in the case of

• Breakdowns,
• Traffic Jams,
• Accidents
• Illness
• Fire
